ACA’s International’s Guide to State Collection Laws & Practices, with all 50 states and the District of Columbia, plus U.S. territories, is now available online.
The guide, which helps its users hone debt collection strategies and debt collection techniques, is continually updated and integrated into an easy-to-use online interface. ACA International members are able to access the guide from within their “My ACA” page on the ACA Web site at any time.
